Jordan Marine Services Co. Ltd. (JMS) is a share holding company. It was established in 1998 at Aqaba – Jordan as joint venture Company between Rum Marine Surveys & Services Office which was the only firm approved by (Lloyds’) to perform In-water surveys and carry out other professional repairs and Jordan Ship Management Co. (JSM) with a registered capital of (JD 100000.00) by that time to provide marine services to ships managed by (JSM). Since then it was one of the leading service supply companies in the marine field and the first company approved by classification societies (DNV, BV, Rina, and Hellenic) to provide in-water inspections and surveys.
